I wanted to let you know how happy I am with my Oriental Area Rug that was cleaned by your company.
Because I never had my Area Rug cleaned before I was so worried that the colors might bleed or that the area rug would shrink or that there might be some sort of damage.
When you explained to me that Oriental Area Rugs should be cleaned with a non-water based cleaner I was shocked, I contacted another company and they said they would shampoo it, when I told them the type of Area Rug I had they said “no problem’ and wanted to charge my over $1,000.00 to clean it. I was kind of suspicious so I didn’t use them.
I then looked in my local directory and saw your advertisement there. I just wanted to find a good carpet cleaner that didn’t charge outrageous prices.
To make a long story short I contacted you at your office, you were so nice to me, offered me a free estimate and had someone pick up my area rug for half of what the other company told me.
The area rug was just returned and looks amazing; I can not believe how good my Area Rugs looks.
